Balloons and Opportunity empowers women in Panama through free, sponsor-funded balloon décor training. Two cohorts have completed the program, 9+ women have received hands-on training, and two participant businesses have been created.

We provide structured balloon décor training designed to equip women with practical skills, build creative confidence, and open pathways to income—creating opportunities that extend beyond the classroom and into their futures.

Two cohorts.

Each completed cohort represents more than a class. It represents women gaining hands-on skills, creative confidence, business exposure, and a new way to imagine what is possible.

After Cohort 1, one participant created a balloon business. After Cohort 2, another business was created. That means two participant businesses have now grown from the program.
